Candice has over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and is currently a Broker Associate and VP of Sales for ERA Colonial Real Estate. She is the Sales Director for our offices located in Harker Heights, Georgetown, and Austin. Through her Real Estate career, she has gained knowledge and experience in marketing, multiple social medial channels, and many other avenues that only serve to expand her skill set when it comes to giving her clients the highest level of customer service possible. Candice additionally holds multiple Real Estate designations including Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Seller Representative Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, e-Pro, and National Association of Realtors C2EX Endorsement. Candice was also recently appointed to the Texas REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee.
